New to Ashtanga? Learn the fundamentals in a slow, private, safe and comprehensive manner as you begin your yoga journey. This intro class breaks down the Sun Salutations, the Primary Series postures, and proper breathing techniques. You will leave understanding these basic yoga techniques:
Brief background on the Ashtanga tradition
 The proper breathing technique, Ujjayi breath
 The poses of the Primary Series
 How linked postures work together
 Learn to modify postures uniquely to your body
